The only thing good about this product is the Brand Name it carries thats it. About the after service, they are only promptly there at your door step when your AMC (Annual Maintainence Contract) is coming to an end & they are there for the renewal of the same, But during the entire year you will never find them for maintainence part.
I had called the helpline for atleast 10 times as Aqua Quard was not working, everytime I called the executive would take the required information & tell me that the complaint will be attended within 24hrs. Sorry to say that whenever I called after 24hrs, I was informed that the info has been passed to the respective branch & if I want I can again report the complaint with them. After 10 days when my AMC was getting over, the executive knocks at my door & says that ’’Sir your contract is getting over & would I like to renew it’’ when asked the complaint he said that someone will definately attend my complaint today itself.
So when I told him that I will renew it only when this thing starts working. Surprisingly the Engg was there at my place in 2 hrs. Assume if I had to say NO to the AMC, my thing would have never been repaired or attended.
Forbes needs to look into this, it is no more the market leader in this segment too. They are doing the same thing that they had done with the Vacuum Cleaner, They just sold-sold- & sold the products but never bothered to look into the customers complaints or the Grievances.
So gear up Forbes before people start getting rid of your products.
