It has been 6 years since I am using it. Got 1 yr warranty. Used 1 free service as it malfunctioned, staff comes on time, great service. After this service, I had no problems for around 2 years. Problem was that water was coming very slowly from the pipe. Called staff 2-3 times to clean the purifier, otherwise no issues. Also they took only 250/- for this. Which is great.
Recently, I had a problem, the water was coming slow from the purifier and signal lights which indicate when water will come with sound, stopped working. He took entire circuit for check & said to come back in 2 days. But came after 5 days, did his job & it was solved, so took his fees & left. Next day, again stopped working, I was frustrated. Called but dint receive my phone. Called me back after 2 days giving excuse. Then he came and repaired & 3 months have gone by, its functioning well. What I want to say is, earlier service was awesome but this time around bad service.
Its extremely easy to use. There’s nothing to do, just switch on, and rest it will do automatically. Cleaning is not easy, you cannot do on your own as the tube is so messed up with dirt. The staff itself takes around 1 hr to clean. Durability is the best part of eureka Forbes products which is also true here. Design is good but not awesome.
