I am using Reviva filter and current in two years AMC. I have registered following complaints and all are in open status, I have called customer support close to 25 times in this 2 months.
I am not getting the problem attended. Couple of time someone came and said he needs to be bring some part and then no further information or support.

I am extremely disappointed with the server provided, last 3 months and getting water from outside and spending about Rs 1500/month.
Inspite of paying AMC of Rs 7500, I am spending this. Please let me whether this is your regular service approach.
Every time when you call, they say it will be resolved in next 24 hours, once in a week some one coming and they open new case when I call after that.
Kindly let me know the solution for me. Should I just blame myself for purchasing this and go on, or should I still expect any possibility of support.
