Worst after sales service.
I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Bravo vacuum cleaner and a Aquaguard Classic on 5th August 2011. I was promised a demo on delivery of the vacuum cleaner. However, the sales person Mr. Muthuraj(9743119148) does not seem to bother about the after-sales service.
Also, water seems to be leaking from the purifier. The person who visited for installing the aquaguard seemed to be least bothered and was in a terrible hurry to leave the place. Maybe he had an appointment with the US President.
I hope someone reads this mail and tries helping me out. Mr. Muthuraj keeps on scheduling demos and never bothers to turn up, so I would not appreciate to see him for a demo. Please arrange for a demo and an inspection on the water purifier.
In the meanwhile, I am stopping the cheques that I issued while buying the above mentioned products. Fresh cheques will be issued once my problems get duly resolved.
