Aqua Guard classic, a brand name given by Eureka Forbes. Wow such a famous name, but do they think only the name is enough?


Well we all are always worried about our health especially for the kids; so we have to be careful of so many things specially water, so we decided to go for the water purifier. Well I called the Eureka Forbes center and the very next day one of their representative was at our door after a long discussion he suggested us to go for the Aqua Guard SE 1000.


Finally two engineers were back with the Aqua guard in the evening; well they were trying their level best to fix it up but were not able to do, so they decided to come the next day morning with their senior engineer. The next day morning we were waiting for them to come but nobody turned till 12 p. m, so I called them more than 5 times and finally they came in the evening. After fixing it they assured us for the service, we were happy with his sweet talks.


May be it was our bad luck some might have not faced problems like what we have, or may be they must have got the good piece and the service too. Well here I am writing about my experience.


Everything was going well only till a week. We started facing problems like, the water flow stopped completely and many more. We had to call them back but they were least bother and came after 2 days after making 10 to 15 calls.


We had to face some of the other problems every month and still they are not ready to replace it though it is under warranty. And this time they have crossed their limits I called them and they turned after 4 days he told my aunt that he has to fix up a part and will come the next day along with the part. But this guy never turned and we kept calling him from more than 20 days.


Each time we call the Eureka Forbes center (the customer service department) we get different executive’s on line it started with Guatam, Bhaven, Dhanshri and many more each time we had to explain them what problem we have and what’s the phone number, complaint number etc. They just keep promising that they will definitely send someone but nobody has yet turned.


Well one of my friend has suggested me to go for the latest model called “Nova” or “Compact Cartridge” both seems to be good but can’t guarantee for the service.
