The customer care has told me their is no service engineer in Bangalore. On top of that they provide me wrong phone numbers of the concerned authority. They will disconnect the call, when I ask the status. Beware this is a completely fraud company.
They will take the money, sell the product, take money for another AMC contract and forget you. Those are bloody thieves. No one responds regarding the returning of my money. I had called the customer center 20 times, 5 times today only. They talk such nonsense.
Please never buy product from such fraud company.
