Since the time I have purchased the product I am dissatisfied. Whenever I called up the service centre they say that my machine is not registered with them and everytime I have register my machine. When the service technician comes (in Warranty and AMC) he refuses to change the cartridge and carbon and ask for extra money which I pay.And recently a technician told me that the water is only 40% pure by Aquaguard Compact and it is preferable to boil water during monsoon. Also he tried to sell me the new product Aquaguard Miracle. They are playing with the life of the innocent people. The senior technician arrived on 03/07/2010 and found that the UV Lamp chamber has not been cleaned since the time the machine was purchased and the same was verified by me.
Also since the UV Lamp chamber was not cleaned since the time of purchase, it had huge deposits/lumps of salts and since then we were drinking impure water even after paying for AMC. The technician at the time of taking AMC had promised that he will be replacing the carbon, filter & inlet/outlet pipe and will come for servicing every 3 months but none of the promises were kept. The technician would come when called for and would just go away by washing the filter and carbon and when asked whether the water is pure would give false assurances that the water is pure.
