Aqua guard service sucks!!!

When I purchased the Aqua guard compact in Dec 2009, I was told that we’d get two free services in a yr- 6th and 12th month. I was specifically told that I’d be getting a call FM the service division on completion of 6 months.


I have not heard fm them till date. I called up the service centre and registered for a free service on July 6th . The executive apologized for not calling up and assured that the service wld be done by eve.


Today, 10th July, I’m still waiting for a call!


Called up the service centre. Apologies again.
