No service networkc where they install the machine

I have a eurka compact water purifier installed at my house.

It worked properly for two years but after that it is useless. I called meerut office and mailed the company many times but there is no response. they are saying to bring the machine to their office to get it repaired, is it right. How could the company say the whole country coverage. Its really disgusting. can anyone help.
