Eureka Forbes poor service

I had purchased aquaguard compact from this company. Already paid the full amount and then want it to get installed at my home town. But thses people didnot do that and didnot try to inform me either. Then after waiting for long I rang them and asked what happened. They said that they will courier the packet to my home and then inform me...but again aftre a month or so , it was again I who rang them, that time they said there is some problem and they will not be able to do it. and they will return my money within 10 day. Now its already 20 days passed I haven’t heard anything from them. This is rediculous. In my life I have never seen such poor service when a customer is running aftre. They didnot have that curtsey to ring me an tell the status. I haven’t heard anything from them till date though the nearest branch from my place hardly takes 10 min by auto. The person concerned is Mr Vikas.K.
