I own an Aquaguard Compact, which I bought inFebruary this year. Despite that, Im having to purchase bottleddrinking water for the last 2 months.
Till now, the purifier has developed problems thrice. Its the sameproblem every time, after you turn it on, with the water flowing in, the indicator lights go from green to yellow to blinking red and thepurifier does not dispense water.
I have complained thrice on the Euro Helpline. Everytime, Ive had tofollow up for at least a week before an engineer turns up. First timethe engineer changed the carbon and the unit malfunctioned the verynext morning. Hence, it was not a problem of the carbon. Next time hechanged a PCB and the unit worked for a week. Now the unit is notworking for the last 2 months and Im tired of calling the Helpline.
Everytime I call the helpline, the lady at the other end says that shell pass on the complaint to the branch office and an engineer will attend within the next 24 working hours. After a week also she says the same thing and apologizes for the engineer visit not happening till now, her sentences are punctuated with asorry every couple of words, but that all there is to it. I took the branch office no and called up the branchGM Service Mr. Kiran to find out that they have not at all received the complaint forwarded from the helpline. Hence, I have to register a fresh complaint with them and stand in queue.
I have tried to register a compliaint through their website, but the form neverposts, everytime I hit the submit button, I get an error.
So friends that the pathetic state of affairs with Eureka Forbes. Ill update the post with what happens to my latest complaint & email to the HQ.
