Having an aquaguard - compact water-filter for the last 5 years or so, i should say that inspite of having the amc, i need to call not less than 3 to 4 times to get the filter serviced whereas as part of the amc the servicing intervals are fixed. Why should i call for every service inspite of paying around 20% of the product cost as the amc.
Further to this two days back the eureka forbes technician - who claims to be from eureka forbes but comes from durva enterprises -pune came to my house for repairing the filter which had stopped working. On asking him a few questions as to whether he can change the filter element as per the amc he said he does not have the history card. Why does the technician come without the history card.
Upon calling the dealer, i was informed by the dealer that i should talk to the company and that i have not purchase the company. He has abused me by using language which i can not write here.
I do not understand as to how dealers talk to the customer.
Where is the company person.
Furthermore the technician does not have the phone nos of anybody in the pune office, how can this work.....the company officials want to do only sales and no customer service.
Why does the dealer abuse the customer when the customer is asking for details of his service record. It is the duty of the company to maintain the service record and not my duty to maintain the records. Today has been 2 days since the complaint against the dealer has been made but no body has called so far regarding this.
Worst customer service - please do not buy eureka forbes products.
