Worst Post sales service by aqua sure people

Think twice before you buy Eureka Forbes products. Its a company with worst support system. They do not believe in service and support. Once the product is sold they are done with you. You will have to figure out a way to fix the problems associated with the product. I bought their water purifier Aqua sure crystal on 04/12/2012 at Abids, After four days a installation personal turned and he was so arrogant and was not in mood to at least listen to mom’s preference , he completed the installation so hurriedly and with no care.


From the very next day water was leaking from the body after using the machine and I tried to contact the same person on his mobile 9059888105 and to my  shock he with his reckless attitude answered my call saying to contact the call center .then I tried to call center my complaint no:69369920 and also I tried to complain about the service personals behavior and they where not ready to take my compliant , its been 8 days till now no one  has attended even after my daily repeated call to call center , the only answer I got from those executive was that it will be attended by the end of the day.


The worst experience ever faced with any electrical appliance service. Worst Post sales service
