Worst ever after Sales Services

I have never experience such a worst after sales services. for example I have called there person on there help line and customer response centers for more than 5 times (15th, 20th, 23rd, 25th, 27th May and 3rd june 2008. But on one visited. and on phone the call center representative talked to you nicely and says that this is the last time you have to called and we send the technician today itself and you dont need to call us again.


This line I have heard 4 times. now you can guess the condition. So i’m not suggesting but requesting to think 100 times before buying any product from Eureka Forbes. There are many other companies you can go for them and I think Eureka Forbes is still in impression that they have monopoly in the market which not the case as of now. Its Big name with poor performance.
