This company launches new products every now and then but why do they do it, I mean the company can survive only on the service visits.
Every time a simple problem occurs, we need to pay service charges and if the problem is big then it is a burden again to replace the parts paying thousands of rupees to them.
Though they say they provide warranty, for almost all parts they say that the warranty doesn’t apply and we need to pay for the replacement. Even after the replacement, it troubles a lot with many problems starting from that.
I have probably spend almost the cost of the product on its repairs thinking that it would work fine after the repair but I was wrong.
And now I am willing to get rid of that.
