This is regarding the Aqua Guard pathetic service. My service request has not been addressed since a month.

I have this Aqua product(RO+UV) installed for more than a year and its not in warranty now. I had once got it serviced before and some components got replaced for which I paid. However they got faulty very soon and those parts where in warranty. I then raised a service request and please see the series of events:
15thAug2015: I Raised the service request so the guy came after 2 days and told he will have to go back and get some parts which are in warranty as they got replaced recently. This would get resolved max in a day or two. However he did not revert and did not even call.
22Aug2015: I raised another request for which I got a request no. 92668294.
Every alternate day I kept calling but nobody came for servicing.
After a week or so I called the Area Manager(Mr. Ajay Tyagi) whose no. I got from customer care. 9 out of 10 calls he would not pick up and one call he would respond by saying he is in some meeting. I had another guys no.(Mr. Devender) but he too does not respond via calls. Dont know for what reason these people are there in the company. Once I was able to connect to Mr. Ajay after 4-5 days and then he responded saying he would immediately address the issue within 2 hrs. But no action was taken.
I have been trying to get in touch with him till date(11Sep2015) but he does not respond.
I then tried to reach Aquaguard ombudsman(Tel: 02230449768) but nobody picks up the call. I have been trying this no. since many days. This is highly irresponsible. Here I am now with no resolution having a water purifier faulty since a month.
I would highy recommend consumer court to shut down such pathetic services permanently.
