Lot of people have already written about the poor quality of service by Eureka Forbes. Dont think another review is going to help much, however I am hoping against hope , that a company which would have sold lakhs of products, wakes up a bit and does some introspection on the how much inconvenience they are causing to the people.It is nothing less than cheating I will say. I had bought RO enhance about 2.5 years back .. Customer code 1008466692.On an off I am having problem, without calling them multiple times these people wont turn up for service.However you tell them that cartridge is to be replaced and they would come running.
I cannot blame the poor service persons, it has to do something with with the top management of the company and the systems they have put in place. This time I have been calling the customer care for about 1 month but no one turns up , the service personnel only gives assurance.It seems that they have found a way to close the complains without your consent. So I have lodged 4 complains in last one month but got only assurances.
I will not at all recommend any products from this company for their poor service quality.
If readers had better experience with any other water purifier company pls. respond to this note.
I will switch the product.
