I purchase a unit from reliance digital on 29/9/15 and was told it would be delivered on 30th and installed on 1st. The person who cam for installation did not check water quality and left after asking us to start using the water after draining the tank for 3/4 times.
After following his instruction, when we tasted the water, we felt the unit is not working. We made a complaint to relinace digital theough website as noonw was taing the call on helpline. when no body atteded next day, I once again called reliance and was told that it tales 48 hours to resolve complaint. I simulatencalled eureka forbes helpline and booked complaint.
next day eureka person came to my house and checked the unit. he said that the membrane is faulty and needs replacement. after speaking to his superiors he told us that since we have purchased the unit from reliance it will be serviced only by them and eureka forbes will not be able to help.
This is disgusting. If eureka forbes can not own the responsibility why is then they are selling thorugh reliance. Any way having no other option I called reliance once agin and this time their answer was the complaint will be attended by 5th, clear 5 days from teh time it is lodged. The reason, 3rd and 4th being weeked they do not have service personnel to attend.
The sum total is that our old water filter is removed and new one is not working and we have been at the mercy of these people to come of service the unit at their own convinience. never ever dare to buy eureka forbes item from reliance digital
