Extremely Poor Service

Hi, I have purchased an Aquaguard near about one year ago, now I am moving to a different place and I needed the unistallation as well as re installation service for the same so that I called to the Aquaguard service centers on. And below is the response.


On 13-June-2015 – Mobile - 7353769402 – this person called me for the service for the very first time and kept me waiting the whole day and even for the next dat as well when I called him he said he will be sending someone else for the service but apparently he never showed up.


Never mind I moved to the new place and I called again to the customer care center and asked for the service


On 140-June-2015 – landline – 080 46725555 – I got a call from this number and they arranged one representative and he called me also from the Mobile – 7026631139 – this person wasted my whole day, as he kept on saying that he will come and uninstall the machine and then he vanished, when I called him like more than 12 times then finally he answered and then he said he can’t come as he is busy.


AGAIN NEVER MIND I removed every aquaguard related stuff BY MYSELF an called to the customer care center  and retook the appointment for the Installation.


Again I got a call from the landline – 080 46725555 and they promised me that it will be done by the noon, but till now no one gave me call and I am wasting the whole day / my office work BECAUSE YOU PLEAOPLE JUST CAN”T RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE’S TIME. Can anyone take some action against these guys and make some arrangements to reinstall the Aquaguard at new house as every day I have to buy drinking water from outside.
