This is Naresh from JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore. I had purchased one Dr Aquaguard Magna Ro+ UV+HD from Eurekha Forbis in December 2016.
At that time they said 1000 Rs cash back you will got by paying online. Then I paid in online and I waited for cash back for 6 months then only I got that they are cheated me. Till now I am not received that cashback.
After one year its stopped working and I called customer care and then one person came to my home and changed the filters and took 4500 RS and he left.
After 3 months again its stopped working and I called to customer care and they came. That technical person is saying me to change filters and those filters having now is not the original filters. Then who has given the filters means no idea he is telling. He dont have any data in those software also. Now they are suggesting me to take the new AMC(Anual Maintanence Charges) with 5020 Rs. Then they will replace once that filters and two services are free for one year validity.
I paid for AMC and after they are saying that for these filters anything happen they wont give any warranty. If they tell one day before then I will through this box in dustbin and I will go for LG which will give much better service than all.
I purchased one external filter for safety purpose but this technical person is refused to fix it because its not purchased from Eureka Forbes. I brought it for 230 Rs in online and the same is 1050 Rs with Eureka Forbes. How can we go this.
This is only the final year I am using this because of AMC after this I will go with LG.
I am requesting every one dont go with Eureka Forbes and wont loose your money 5000+ per year for purifier maintenance charges
