I already had a Zero B Emerald RO at my home, when I decided to ship it to my parent’s place, and thought of replacing it with the latest & best that’s available in the market.
I zeroed down on the top of the line Dr Aquaguard Geneus+, which is probably the most expensive RO model available.
I ordered the product on 07th Oct 2015(Customer ID:8000059732), by paying the entire amount online, and the product got installed on the 10th October.
That was the beginning of my nightmare!
The water tastes like just out of chemical plant, it smells & stinks. The feature of changing TDS is actually a good gimmick to charge & fleece such an exorbitant price.
Last 3 days I must have made 50 calls to different people, logged in complaints, followed up with service technicians, and my problem remains unsolved.
I have been ordering bisleri from outside after having foolishly ordered an INR 23, 000 worth useless product!
