I have had the worst experience buying products from Aquaguard. I brought one of their flagship products - Aquaguard Genius+.
The promises made by the sales engineer about the product where all false. More over the sales engineer had shown me a written policy on their website that if I do not like the product I can written it back in 30 days. Later on when I call the sales person and Eureka Forbes call center, the people at call center where shame less to say that Sir such policies are only to write online -
In india no one replaces the products once sold. I did not expect such a response from such a reputed company. Further more the quality of the product is made of very low plastic and the installation was not done properly. It was leaking all over the place.
I followed up to correct the installation for many days but no one turned up. I had to get my own plumber to get it fitted properly who did better job than AquaGuard engineers. He clearly pointed how my pipe was broken because of poor handling of AquaGaurd engineers. When I asked AquaGaurd about it they refused to take any responsibility and asked me to contact the Engineer directly who had come to my house for installation as they did not have whereabouts about who was sent to my house.
Also after many follow up I never received the free gifts promised with the product. Hence I would request buyers to not purchase products from AquaGuard as they have no credibility either in product quality or after sales service.
