The company call them the market leader in water purifier, but in contrast to their claim they are the market leader in substandard products, service and first in consumer cheating. I made the blunder of purchasing 3 wet & dry vaccum cleaners and a couple of water purifiers for my business. The product which delivered to me were defective from the first day. When the issue was reported to the company executive he promised to change them, but till date the vaccum cleaners are lying in the same condition. The water from the so called purifiers smells. This complain was reported to the Aquaguard service center in Nainital. They acknowledged that there is some fault in the filteration cartridges, but till date the problem is as it is.
I as a consumer would never recommend Eureka Forbes product as the companies service and product are not of the standard as required.
