Worst Produt!!! Please don't Buy!!

Purchase Date: 05th August 2014


Problems Faced:

  1. From the date of purchase till the month of May 2015, we have faced the outlet water problem. The same has been fixed(changed the valve) without charge.(No proof/receipt, since it was covered under warranty)

  2. On 17/06/2015 within a year, filter was gone and the same has been replaced with an amount of 3460/-(Since this was not covered under warranty, I have the proof/receipt with me)

  3. On July somewhere around 15th to 25th, within a month, the two new replaced filters were gone! The same has been replaced after 7days without any charge.(No proof/receipt, since they have replaced on my personal request)

  4. Now once again, the replaced valve(outlet water problem) has gone within three months! The same has been replaced after 10 days on 22nd August 2015 with a charge of 450/-(Since this was not covered under warranty, I have the proof/receipt with me)

  5. Now again, I have faced different problem! This time the machine was not working(showing service indicator light). First the technician said there will be a problem with some wire. Next day they said wire is ok but UV lamp problem, and again after few days they said UV lamp is fine but we doubt the board issue. More than 7 days now, the issue is still not resolved!

Conclusion:


Within 13 months we have faced all the major and minor issues. This shows the worst quality of the Products and the Parts. Within 13 months I have totally spent 23000(New Machine)+ 3460(Filters)+ 450(Valve)= 26910/- Within these 13 months, we have bought water from outside for 25 to 30 days! The AMC price is also on very higher side(4860/- per year) which is not feasible for anyone. The one time service charge is also very high(450/- per visit which does not cover any parts). The customer service is also very very poor! We have suffered a lot mentally and financially with this poor product! My main intension is nobody should suffer like me in future.
