I have bought aquaguard classic plus water purifier without ro about an year back, at the time of purchase the saleman told me that this model dosent need any candle or cartridge, the electricity will do all the work. After 6 month of normal use ( 5 members in family) one day the purifier stopped suddenly, I called for the customer care and 2 guys came and they told me that a cartridge needs to be replaced which will cost rs 2500. I was shocked to know this as I was told that there was no need for that, then I called the salesman and he did not picked my call, so I had to pay them and get the work done, now after 6 months again the machine has stopped working. This all is planned scam by Eureka Forbes, they have installed a chip in the machine which automatically stop the machine so that customer has to pay them, 5000 yearly for water maintaince is too much to pay. I am highly disappointed by Eureka Forbes for planning this type product to cheat people
