We purchased Aquaguard Geneus in mid of November for **22, 900/-**. **After installation **water leakage** seen in the system**. Please find the photo of the same. This is like water purifier installed in Govt offices with **water dripping. Wow. Aquaguard genius, really.! spoils the brand name*
Reason for purchase: A service person from Bangalore(Mr Harish, Ph No: 9916682380) came to our Apt from Eurekha Forbes and on showing interest on the product, he called us back to back, to buy the product for more than 2 months.
After pending decision between Kent grand plus and this brand, we went for Aquaguard, which we repent till now. After installation, we found issue, called repair person he took a week to come and he said, he cannot repair and suggests replacing the system.
This is updated in Customer service as TDS issue and they have closed the issue! No one cares for replacement once its is bought. On informing the issue, to Harish (sales)he doesnt bother to receive calls saying he is with customers.
This is the customer service, worst ever possible from Aquaguard. **Forget old customers once payment is done.!**. He bothered to call so much and irritated before we purchased.
We tried reaching customer service as well and as told our issue is closed as TDS issue! We re-opened the issue, they promised for replacement in a day.
Its been more than 3 weeks, no response from either Mr Harish or customer service. We have taken the issue seriously through bank (where payment has done) and consumer court.
And we will suggest all relatives and friends not to go for Aquaguard and waste their hard earned money with this bad experience.
