About 5 months back I had bought an Acqua Guard Genius model. This machine goes down every two or three weeks and it takes a minimum of one week to fix this. The knowledge, the expertise of the Engineers servicing the Acqua guard Genius model, service and spares availability is a complete disaster.
The Service delivery network of the Service dealers for the other model by far outperforms the Eureka Owned and Eureka operated service delivery network. May I request your kind intervention in replacing this model by the Acqua Guard Compact model and refunding me the difference? My latest complaint number is 0080256723.
