I think frequent advertisements of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifiers are not less than "mass fooling" strategy and insult to the existing buyers. In modern times, India is still living with such a badly reputed company with horrific after sales. After paying~24K for the Geneus(!) I paid~8K for the AMC for 2 years!.
One fine morning the product stopped working with indicator to "service".
Every call to customer care is responded by well trained executive that within 24hours my problem would be attended. Any guesses? It never happens.
Every 2 days I call to rAfter 5days of repeated calls, one day a guy came and checked to find that there was a problem with sensor. He said he does not have sensors with him, he would come next day and replace.
Any guesses? The next day never comes.
After 2days, got call from their service center, the guy on the other end, asked me if I have the number of the technician who attended my problem, I said no. Then I could hear a fight between two people and the call was shut abruptly while I was asking them to stop quarrel among themselves and attend my issue first.
After 3days, I again called and asked for callback from Manager.
Any guesses? It never happened till now.

Isin’t Eureka Forbes a burden to Indians? The pricing is done based on over all quality and service promise. The money is just gulped by Eureka Forbes.
Any one please help me know about what option I have?
Ease of use is very bad: Because the tap design is such that water spills over and excess water have to be drained manually.
