Only reason I bought Aqua Guard becoz its a trusted brand in many countries but its frustrating/disappointing when it comes to "AFTER SALES SERVICE".
I bought a top end International Model - Geneus and it indicated service/its stopped working(which is well & good)!
I raised a call on 21st Sept(Req.No: 83543555) in spite of several calls no one turned up till now(24 sept). Do companies really follow SOPs in India? or is there one I doubt? Come on Wake up before its too late!
