Too much electronics which even their so called professional experts cant troubleshoot.
Never buy any product from Eureka Forbes. I bought this product from a sales representative from Eurekha Forbes and the product arrival and installation took a very long time which is the first disappointment. Secondly, the sales person to sell told that the product will work perfectly seeing the TDS value in Chennai Metro Water which was an ultimately a false sales pitch.
Third, the product failed and didnt work in a month, the service technician sold another filter for 1K INR. The product failed in another 2 months. The technician came and sold another setup. They also suggested to change the connection setup of my home to inlet to feed borewell water and said that the product is a FAILURE in Govt supplied water. The suggested change costed 7K INR. Changed the entire setup of water inlet from the overhead tank. Please do not ask about the service.
Calling the customer care, getting a technician to support at home is a big deal. The technician will come after one or two weeks and will do a sales pitch rather than fixing the actual issue. Then they will sell some product and do a half cleaning of the device. The system will again not work after 1 or 2 months. Now the system is currently down for more than 6 months. The technician came after 2 weeks to check the device. Next, he told, there is a chip that has failed and he will speak to the concerned to get the part. Then, after 1 month he gave me the concerned persons number. The lady will have no job hygiene or responsibility, she will say tomorrow for the chip everyday. This went on for a month. Then she gave me a sales managers number to call. He told the issue came into his notice from us today only and he was very harsh. Finally, the chip came with the technician and he fixed and it was not the actual fix. The technician said the motherboard is faulty. The wait continued for another month for me to get the part. Alas, the motherboard came with a technician. He fixed it to the main console of the device and it too didnt make it work. The technician promised that he will send someone from the office to take the device to the service center and fix it. No one has come yet. I dont know how long they will take to resolve this.
Such a useless product with a very bad service. The company and its management, employees are so irresponsible. Also, the employees or the managers who speak are very rude and doesnt care about the customers. The companys strategy is to show that the sales and service are different towers to the customers. Above case, all the numbers were given to us and we have to call daily and speak to those irresponsible employees and managers and listen to their haphazard answers. Ideally, all this coordination among the teams have to be done within themselves.
I am ashamed to tell that I am cheated by an renowned organisation. My personal suggestion is to you all to never buy or suggest to your family and friends.
Lets make this organisation and its top level management understand what is the power of a customer.
This is not a word of frustration or revenge. Organisations like these are taking advantage of the loopholes in the Indian Customer and Retail Law and cheating Indians. If it is a very well organised country like US or UK, these organisations will not do a such a bad business.
