I purchased Aquaguard iNova Dt 25-7-2008 (Rs. 8850, Cash-1000, Cheque-7850), after long chase by its representative since December 2007 Consumex Trade Fare. They offered me following-

Free Onsite Life Time Free Service (Up to max 10 Years)- Written consent is available with cash memo.
Since date of purchase, its Circuit board was replaced 3 times (within warranty) due to beep problem and still not resolved. Up to 2012, they provided me free services without any service charge. In the month of June 2013, when I called them for service request, they told me that it is possible to exempt the service charge. They told me that free service offer was illegal, offered my his representative at the time of deal/sale.
I called Mr. R.P.Singh (Service Head, Gorakhpur, UP), Mr. Kamlesh Maurya (Area Service Head) to resolve the problem but got same answer. Now I am planning to suit a file in consumer forum. If ’Free Onsite Life Time Free Service’ offer was invalid, then why they provided me free services up to 2012?
Aquaguard is a cheater and I was warned by my friends regarding service issues but It was my fault.
