I am also facing a similar Situation I gave a complain on 10th May 2008 for my Water Purifier NOT working to their customer service no. 39883333 ( from Bangalore )
I gave a call to 39883333 on 10th May 2008 spoke to Priya , she said by two days the problem will be attended.
after two day 13th spoke Shyamla - No use again
call to 39883333 14th Gilbert - NO USE
call to 39883333 15th Gilbert again then also NO USE
call to 39883333 16th - Carl - again NO USE
call to 28532011 16th spoke to PRIYA , she said by 6.30 some body will
come and attend.
and then today - 17th again spoke to Ravi (call to 39883333)
I AM FED UP , by paying for AMC , I am stuck whats the use of having
an AMC with Eureka FORBES.
ITS REALLY PATHETIC SERVICE of Eureka FORBES.
I think no body is RESPONSIBLE for AMC or Customer Service.
Hope somebody responds to this and take SERIOUS ACTION.
This is really giving me a VERY BAD impression about Eureka Forbes.
DONT BUY any Product from this Company , THEIR Customer Service is Pathetic / BAD / NO one Responsible for it.
