We dont know who is the owner of the customer support. I have a iNova model water purifier, I had paid the AMC for that, when I shifted from Kolkata to Chennai. I had logged a complain on there call centre to reinstall the machine in my new location, this calling process continues from 20th Oct to 30th Oct for 11 days, in between I have to call there Mumbai office, ther Chennai customer service office, there Branch Manager, to my utter surpricse I found that every one is saying today it will be done / tomorrow it will be done but it was not completed for 11 days.
I dont understand the level of there customer service, I hope they have a registered office in Kolkata and they had adapted the typeical work culture of west Bangal. "Hochay - Hobay", with Mamatadis culture, why to give pain to walls wher eyou have to drill to fix the nail. Save wall like she was doing "save Singur", let the people die in unemployment but she need the land. Similarly let the people die without water, let the people purchase drinking water and drink, we need to save the wall.
As there are not much company to manufacture this product. apart from Ion Exchange, thats the reason people has less choice. There should be some more company in the market to give them the competition.
