Eureka Forbes Bad Service

I have had harrowing experiences with Eureka Forbes service technicians are so naive and rather stupid. Everytime they come for the service check under AMC, they have new claims. Each time they want to see your copy of Contract.


They would not do this, that and host of other things. Then one is forced to call the company then the company speaks to the outsourced Technician. Till date I regret the choice of using this Product, which apparently is good but the Service quality is the poorest.


I wish someone more professional should step in the shoes of Eureka Forbes to deliver quality services.
