I brough the Inova in the month of May 2005 in Bangalore. During the whole process of buying they trest you like a GOD. Once you brought it, they treat you like DOG. They dont care about the complaints or service requests.
All this because they are "THE" only players in water purifiers so far. They give you two service coupns and it will be written "Our trained technicians will do two routine checkups". There is no checkup at all. Even if you call some many times, they dont respond. Every time they give a request number. I really doubt it is generated in the computer, just for our satisfcation, they give some random number.
Even if some one turns up, they doesnt seems to be like "real technicians". They dont even know how a water purifier works. Try asking them the same question and see.
