I have been using INOVA product for the past 2 yrs and this year May 2012 extended the AMC for one year. People from service urged me to put AMC after that when I called /sent request for service no body attending the request and done several follow up with customer team.
My complaint 87457212 lodged on 13th Aug, 2012 and as of now did several follow up and not at all hearing customer request carefully. Water is an important source for human life and daily basis finding difficult to get purified water but the euro team does not have any care on customers and only focusing to sell their product in the market nee to change the attitude.
