I bought Aquaguard Innova in Feb 2008. Innova model is completely USELESS for ’purifying’ BORE WELL WATER. However the sales executives are not ready to tell you about it unless you ask. Neither can you attach a ’softner’ to this model so IF you start getting boring water, the INNOVA becomes realtime useless and you end up buying those 20 ltrs water bottles!
So when I had Muncipal Water, I thought I can use this model. However the filter quality of this model proved to be extremely poor. I rather doubt if REALLY the model FILTERS or it is just fooling all of its Cutsomers!
Overall I did keep using this model for Muncipal water, but ideally it is just a ’Showcase’ model. The feel good factor is just that you have a ’hanging’ good looking filter but apart from that forgot about getting realtime ’pure for sure’ water! The only fact is we as customers are ’fooled for sure’.
I truly have lost faith in AQUAGUARD BRAND itself. I seriously think that this guys or for matter company is merely fooling customers with its catchy advertisements.
I am ’PAYING’ for buying AQUAGUARD water purifier (?), but those who are looking forward for a REAL WATER PURIFIER, my suggestion is ’STAY AWAY’ from AQUAGUARD models.
