Eureka Forbes has been notorious for its poor after sales. I think the reason is their franchise model. I have been using their I-nova for last several years. Whenever theres a problem, theres no support from them. Last year someone from the franchise came and asked for extra money for servicing. Upon scolding him and talking to his manager, he went off sheepishly.
Later when they were to change the candle under AMC, scoundrels escaped it by saying that they tried to contact the customer but the door was locked. Today I made 7th complain to their 3988333 number, to no use. There are robots or parrots attending the call who say "apologies for the inconvenience, we will attend the issue in 24 hours". That 24 hours are not getting over for last 6 days.
Eureka Forbes should be banned doing business in the country. They should rather be promoted by authorities to trouble the customers in Pakistan or china.
