Aquaguard Believes Only In Selling Not In Service

I bought an Aquaguard i-Nova, some 5-6 years back. I took their AMC for 3 years after the normal warranty and maintenance expired. In 3 years they suppose to visit 12 times (3*4). 2 times/year for carbon, filter etc etc replacement + service/cleaning and 2/year only for service/cleaning.


They visited only for 2 times and rest all get lapse. 1st time when they sell the AMC to me and after that once after multiple call. I did several calls and complains to the service centre as well as in the aquaguard helpline, but nothing get resolved.


Everytime I get ensured with a date, but nobody turned up finally. So I dumped the aquaguard to garbage and moved to a different brand. Its really a pathetic service I experienced from aquaguard and I will never opt for this brand again for any product.
