I purchased an Elegant RO Model from Gurgaon. After two days of purchasing the RO system got faulty. According to Eureka Forbes people the Adapter is faulty. After that I have logged a complaint (M57151) in customer care(011-39883333). She told me the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs, when I called after one day she told it will take 24 working hrs means 2 & half working day (as if I am new to word working hrs……….).
After one day she has given me no. of Miss Simi(011-24528051), then Miss Simi assured me that the issue will be resolve within 24 hrs. In between I talked with Mr. Dilip(9818608609) & Mr. Pritam (9212433699) many times as I was told. I at least spent 2 hrs & Rs 200 in making phone calls to various departments of Eureka Forbes. But still the issue is not resolved after more than 1 & half week of complaint
