Eureka Forbes - Horrible service

My I-nova is not working since Sunday 15th June’14, I have been given complaint number 0076776257  . I was told that my machine would be repaired in next 24 to 48 hrs despite my explaining that I had no drinking water.


On monday( I stay in Pune) - I got a call from a lady( she promised that same night or early tuesday morning repair would be attended to) . No one attended to the complaint on monday or tuesday whole day.


On tuesday evening she did not lift phone, on repeated calls she answers to tell me that she had instructed the engineer a Mr Javed to attend to my problem in the morning itself and she gives me his number) Mr Javed said that this lady never gave him any such complaint but he would attend anyway at 9pm, at 9:15pm his phone is unreachable and that cheat lady also has her phone unreachable.  Some game to play on customers


So I have no drinking water for 3 days, having to purchase 2 20L water Kegs for this period while having a 2 year AMC with Eureka Forbes,


EUREKA FORBES - Please take your responsibilities and AMC service promise seriously and revamp your rotten system or everyone will think that you’ are frauds and cheats as well.
