Hi,
I would like to share my experience with Eureka Forbes. I have been using Aquaguard I-Nova e-boiling purifier for last 2 years. This was a good product and so far didnt have any issues with this.
Recently I have shifted to my new apt and I have called Eureka Forbes support for installation and water TDS test. One technician came and tested the TDS. Since the water is hard he told me to replace the i-NOVA with Aquaguard RO. I have asked about upgrading this by exchanging the i-NOVA and paying the balance amount for RO. I have paid nearly Rs.8000 for i-NOVA. The technician told me they will give you Rs.1000!!!. The RO system with storage will cost Rs14000 and without storage Rs.1000 ( Aprox). I told will have to think again and get back to me within 2 days.
After this I was expecting atleast a call from the support center. It is more than 3 weeks and no calls from Eureka Forbes. I have never expected such a poor service. We need the support in this kind of scenarios and I had to believe Eureka Forbes can not do that. Also I was not convinced about their RO purifier without storage. What is the point in spending 10K. and no water storage??
Over all I was not convinced about the RO system explanation from Eureka Forbes. The Rs 8000 I-Nova is box packed and now idle.!!! This is going to be my first and last product from Eureka Forbes. I would never even look at anything from Eureka Forbes.
I have done some study on RO Systems and came across Ion Exchange ZeroB.Called the Bangalore office. The technician came and explained me about the Zero B range. Looking at the spec I felt it is more technologically advanced RO system. I have bought ZeroB Pristine ROp. 7L model. ( Paid Rs13, 500 after discount ). We liked this model and will write the review later..
Thanks
Ronith
