I was sold I- Nova last August and it has already gone out of market.P.C.B(Printed Circuit board ) became defective last month but was changed this month which again became defective.Service engineer admits that P.C.B’s are of lower quality and since many are facing problems which has resulted in shortage of supply(product has been stopped being manufactured) are reluctant to take complaints.They are more interested in Service Contract and are waiting for 1 year to be completed.
Why did Mr. Kishore Bhattacharjee push sell when he was aware that product will be taken off the shelf? Why did Service deptt. refuse to take complain 2nd time PCB went wrong?Phone no. of service deptt.=0343-2544582. My address being=33, Ahalyabai Path, City Centre, Durgapur. Mobile no.=9434706458.Only positive answer was from Mr. Santra, head of service who assured me that one day or other it shall be changed.I am keeping my fingers crossed.
