I am currently using the i-Nova model with e-boiling facility of Eureka Forbes aqua guard. I have no such major issues with the machine but the service center is just disgusting!
They dont even keep spare parts. The callers at the service center are just pathetic, they dont know how to talk to a customer. The transformer of my aqua guard got damaged and it needs to be replaced, it has been 12 days that I have been calling the service center for the replacement. But they dont even bother to solve the customers problem, they have been delaying since the last 12 days.
Can anyone help me, I need to change the transformer as soon as possible because boiling water for drinking purposes becomes a headache everyday.
