I also have a similar experience as shared by others. I had taked a AMC from Ranchi for my machine. The dealer there said that it is valid across India. Then I shifted to Purulia and the machine developed the snag there. The dealer there flatly refused to honour the AMC and charged me the full amount. He said if I got the AMC attested by the Ranchi dealer and then he would refund the money.
I did the same and now he refuses me a refund. The AMC has recently expired and now he is refusing to renew it. I mailed Eureka Forbes and have not received any reply from them.
Have called their executives numerous times for the past month and no response from them either. They keep asking me to call some other office. The Kolkatta office says to call Bombay and the Bombay office asks me to call Kolkatta. I am contemplating to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum now.
