Worst service/ no respect to cusomers

My experience is different than others. First I brought this from a dealer in Madurai, Tamilnadu (because I had joined for a monthly savings scheme and he had this product in his shelf and so I brought it from him). I’m living Bangalore and son I want to install in Bangalore house.


First I called the call center and inform. They said it will be installed within 24 hrs.


On third day I called them again, she had given a phone number to call. That number was not exist.


I called call center again. She gave an another number. My luck I spoke to the dealer. First he said, he cant install a product which is not supplied by him.


I called call center again, they promised to install because this is a new product.


Next day I called call center again and ask what shall I do? she said they had instructed to the dealer and said to call him again. I called the dealer again. He said OK and sends a person  on the same day to install.


However, the person came to install sees me behaved like a enemy. He called his boss again and discuss why he should install a product which is not supplied by them. Finally, he installed and went.


I asked, how to do the two free services for this product? He simply said, Whatever it might be he wont do that free service because this is not supplied by him.


Now, 6 months over and I have to run behind the call center again for the first free service.


For the first free service I had called them and inform. As they promise they came on next day and done satisfactory. The service person was very kind.
