My friend advised me 2 years back not to buy any aquaguard products. I didn’t listen to her and purchased one. Now I realize why she was persistently discouraging buying their products.
The customer care after your purchase is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The company salesman throws empty number of assurances until u purchase it.but once u buy it, the same salesman sees u like an enemy.
The customer care number is not doing any good to us. For a single complaint u have to register with them 10 times for your problem to be solved. They take atleast 15 to 20 days before they respond to complaint.
Better go for some other company’s product. Or else u will be writing a review like this after u get bad experience from them
