I had used Aquaguard iNova a few years ago. Initially, I had wanted to purchase a Kent RO, but it wasnt recommended for the area I was staying at. And thats how I bought an iNova. During the time I used this equipment, I seldom got it serviced, despite having paid for annual/3-year AMCs. Thats because their service people mostly arrived on weekdays, even when I specifically requested for weekend visits. During the time I used iNova, I saw more "We were here while you were away" stickers than their service people. Aquaguard is only worried about customers signing AMCs for long duration, such as 2-3 years. Then their franchise outlets usually wind up and the new ones turn out to be worse.
