I hv this i-Nova aqua guard. It is very difficult to get their service person at ur place unless u call them daily for at least 3-4 days. On calling their customer care, theys say that the person who would attent the complaint would call us. In first place I dont get any call for first 2 days.
After taking follow up with CC, on third day noon I get a miss call on my mobile from some unknown no. after receiving such 2-3 missed calls from the same no., I called back to undersand that it is service person who was waiting me to respond his miss call (Now, how on earth am I supposed to know that this missed call is from E. F. person?) When I asked me, how a serviceman from company like EF can do this & not spare a single call to customer, he replied, madam my co. dosent pay me for my mobile bill. is/nt it disgusting?
Getting fed up with on call services, I decided to go for their AMC under which they said a person comes for next service on due date without giving them a call. My next service ws due on 22/8/08 but nobody from EF bothered to call me untill I saw AMC papers on 6/09/08. so I called thm. they said person would call & come the next day. It dint happen for next 3 days. So we called again. A person as usual gave a missed call on my mobile on 4th day to which I DID NOT respond. I saw a person at my home on 7th day. This is EF services!
