Pathetic Service, Forging Signatures!!

We have been using the Aquaguard Water Purifier since long. However, their standard of service has come to a abysmal low at recent times. For the last 2 years, even though we had AMC, no service visits happened- except for the renewal time. This year (2010) too they came during renewal. We refused to allow them entering our house saying we do not want to renew unless they show the records of their visits.


Later, in end-May, I logged a service request and the person visited our house with their record bearing my wife’s forged signature (bearing the previous visit date)!


Summary:




  1. They do not honour AMC- they visit only during the renewal time.




  2. They do have a beautiful website- but, it does not have any link to submit complaints.




  3. To prove their record, they can forge your signature in their records!






I need to know what action can this website and Eureka Forbes official take to prevent recurrences.
